Winter Polo Swim is designed to maintain and improve water polo swim fitness and develop skills for new players and those who
not participating in winter metro competition.
The 1 hour weekly program incorporates water polo specific swim sets for fitness, ball work to improve skills,
passing and practice games.
Beginners are welcome but all particpants need to be able to thread water for the entire session in deep water.
Suitable for ages 7 -12, returning players are welcome.
TERM 2 commences 27 July and Term 2 concludes 28 September 2024. Session times are 1 - 2 pm.
