The AGM is an opportunity for members to:
• hear reports on the Club’s activities and performance during the 2025–26 season;
• elect the Club Committee for the upcoming year; and
• hear about plans and priorities for the season ahead.

1. Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
2. Receipt of reports from the Committee, including:
- Treasurer’s Report and financial statements
- Women’s Program Report
- Men’s Program Report
- President’s Report
3. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
4. General Business

The minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting are available to members by request from the Secretary prior to the AGM. The minutes will be presented for confirmation at the AGM.
